For decades, I’ve immersed myself in the art and science of leadership—as an author, coach, interviewer, and thought leader. I’ve written hundreds of articles, authored books, run my own media platforms and drove projects to empower leaders. I often felt like I was on the fringe, chasing the “next big thing” to unlock the best leader possible. After years of searching, I’ve arrived at a simple realisation: the power of successful leadership lies in simplicity and truth that never changes. It’s not about grand gestures or complex theories—it’s about leading well on four critical levels: Self, Others, Organisation, and Society. This is SOOS, and it’s the answer to the world’s desperate SOS cry for better leadership.
